Allenhurst, NJ Porch Overhang Sealed and Insulated for Year-Round Comfort

This beautiful home in Allenhurst, NJ features a stunning wraparound porch, but it was also the source of major leaks. With no insulation in the porch ceiling (or overhang), outside air was leaking in, and costly conditioned air was leaking out. When we opened up the overhang, we found no insulation at all; just empty space allowing year-round discomfort.
