Attic Modified David Lewis House Fan in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ
This homeowner’s attic house fan in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ was a major leaking point allowing conditioned air leak all year round. Some rare cases we will modify the cover so the homeowner can continue using the fan, as most attic house fans are obsolete and removed. We also air sealed the floor of the seams of the house fan and the seams of the fan cover. Finally, we attached a simple rope lever near the attic entrance for easy access for the owner.
