Cold winter air and hot, humid summer air were entering this Red Bank, NJ crawl space, causing moisture issues and uncomfortable floors above. We insulated the foundation walls with rigid foam board, installed a vapor barrier, and spray foamed the rim joists and sill plate to help seal and protect the space. The result is a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable crawl space year-round.
