I called my sales representative during our insulation job, very concerned. One of the crew accidentally cracked the living room ceiling. Altough they assured me the company would take care of it, we had problems with other contractors before.  The owner called and also assured me he would repair, paint and make sure we were satified. He suggested withholding a portion of the job cost until we were happy.  As he said, Eddie the painter came over promptly completed the repair and painting. It looks better than before. I would like to take the time to thank you and your team for a top notch experience from beginning to end. I committed immediately to your company and never hesitated, for I knew that your blueprint for improving efficiency levels in my home was on point. Going into this project, I understood the specific remediation measure that would be taking place. You spent time explaining the attic and crawl space plan from top to bottom and answered all of my questions. At no time were you in a rush to leave and you made sure that I understood the breadth and scope of the problems and, most importantly the specifics of the solutions. Christina and Ron were cordial and helpful and I enjoyed working with them. Ron’s visit for pretesting was reassuring since he checked gas connections, electrical outlets, and other areas that would be impacted. Ron and Christina answered my questions and concerns and scheduling went smoothly. Nate, Anthony, Antonio, and Daniel were simply the best! This professional crew was on time and it was obvious this was not their first rodeo. They were responsive and readily answered my questions… the team was very personable, respectful, and fully in sync. And I enjoyed talking with them. They worked well together and each of them went about their responsibilities and followed the context of the job. I was impressed with their attention to detail, proficiency, and positivity on two of the hottest days in July. The air quality inside my home has been vastly improved and I have noticed the difference. Thank you all for creating an ambiance of comfort in my home…and allowing it to breathe!

Irene called Dr. Energy Saver because she just wasn't feeling comfortable in her Toms River home because of the hot and cold spots everywhere. After Dr. Energy completed our comprehensive diagnosis, we found that Irene's home was lacking the proper insulation it needed in order to keep Irene and her family comfortable through the extreme weather. After choosing Dr. Energy to solve her home's problems Irene was excited to report that she 'now can relax in shorts and a t-shirt in the middle of winter' which she never could before in her own home!

Their sales rep, Colby was pleasant and polite. He did a survey of our house and took pictures of the attic and basement. He then sat down with us and explained what could be done to improve the insulation and make our home more comfortable and energy efficent. There was never any pressure to sign on the dotted line. I checked with Consumer Affairs and the BBB and was satisfied with the results. The worker’s themselves were polite and respectful of home. If I had a question they were more than happy to answer it without an attitude. When they finished their clean up for the work done was good. Of course nothing bets a cleanup done by yourself. Overall my wife and I have no complaints and were very satisfied with their work.

Dear Mr. Hoh It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Your sales representative did an excellent job with his presentation. He was honest and sincere about the product he was selling. He showed us a demonstration of why trusoft cellulose is a better way to insulate the attic and the savings we will realize in the future. The team that performed the work in our house are very professional and I would recommend your company and this team to anyone looking to do these types of energy saving projects! Before starting the work the team leaders Alex and Walt introduced themselves to along with the rest of the team. They explained exactly what they be doing from from putting down drop clothes throughout the access of the work area, the attic. I watched them as performed their work, they worked together as a team. The took their breaks which one can sympathize with. Working in the attic on those hot days was brutal. Their coveralls were completely soaked with perspiration.  All I can say, great work guys pleasure knowing you. Thank you to Colleen, she was very professional dealing with me on the phone to set up a date and time for the project to start. Answered all my questions. To you Mr. Hoh thank you for fixing the slight gas leak that you found during your inspection. Thank you also for your professionalism conducting your walk through after the job was completed and performing the various tests to ensure that what the sale representative said would be done was in fact completed. After doing a lot of research, I found Dave Hoh’s Home Comfort & Energy Experts. Colby came out and performed a thorough inspection, explaining things no other contractor could. We decided to move forward with them, and we couldn’t be happier! Our home is now comfortable, the drafts are gone—and so are the mice! Colby also recommended adding a vent in the sunroom, which turned it into a true year-round space—a big bonus for us. We highly recommend their team!

Colby came to my house and gave me the estimate and showed me what exactly they were going to do. A few days later Ron came to do a test on where all the drafts were coming from. I hired them, and on February 21 the crew showed up at 8::00AM as scheduled and worked until 6:00PM. They put down drop clothes and were very neat...I couldn't be happier with this company. We’re extremely happy with the project. The team did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I’ve owned many homes, and this one went from a train wreck to the most comfortable home we’ve ever had. Even with the frigid weather, my family was walking around in shorts and every room feels perfect.
